Freezing Peaches

From my good friend, Denise.
Get the good Colorado Peaches in early August and start freezing!
I made two batches before Branko was born and then when Branks was ready for pureed food, I would puree these peaches for him! He loved it!

Mix:
12 ounce frozen OJ concentrate
2 cups water
2-3 cups sugar

Let sit 2 hours.

While juice is sitting...blanch peaches (a crate of peaches--about 40--uses one batch of the mix) until skin starts to peel.
Let cool.
Peel & cut up peaches into desired size.

Put in plastic baggies or tupperwares (individual sized tupperwares are great for a snack!).
Pour juice mixture over top of peaches.
Bunch up wax paper and push down peaches so juice comes to top.
Put lid on tupperware (leaving wax paper on).
Label & freeze!
