Awesome Potatoes

Awesome Potatoes

(but not as awesome as Cheesie Potatoes...)

Ingredients:

*8-10 potatoes, peeled and cut-up

*1- 8 oz. carton of sour cream

*1- 8 oz. package of cream cheese

*1/2 c. butter-softened

*1/4 tsp garlic powder

*1/4 tsp pepper

*4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)

Directions:

1. Boil peeled & cut-up potatoes on stove.

2. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender.

3. Drain water and mash potatoes

4. Together mix everything but the potatoes and cheddar cheese.

5. Mix with potatoes.

6. Put in a 2 qt casserole dish.

7. Top with cheddar cheese.

8. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
